Suppliers – Production Terms

For invited collaborators only.

By supplying products to Jorsyn, the supplier agrees to the following:

• Products are produced exclusively or partially for the Jorsyn brand.
• Supplier identity is not publicly displayed unless agreed otherwise.
• Supplier is responsible for accurate stock updates in the dashboard.
• Pricing, branding and customer communication are managed solely by Jorsyn.
• Payments are processed monthly after completed sales.
• Customers have the right to return the product within 14 days.
• Since the customer can return the product, payment will be made 30 days after the sale.
• In the case that the product is returned later, for complaint reasons,  the refund of the amount already paid will be calculated as agreed or with the next payment made.
• Jorsyn reserves the right to pause or discontinue cooperation if delivery or quality standards are not met.
• Supplier does not engage directly with customers.
