By using our website or placing an order, you (the “Customer”) confirm your agreement to our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not access the Website or use any Services. 
We reserve the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes on our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. If you continue to use or access the Site after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by those changes. Our Website and online shop are hosted by Webador.

All available products constitute an offer to the buyer to purchase at the same price and in accordance with these terms.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the electronic order form and we are not obliged to accept an order if not all the required information has been entered correctly.

If you are under 16 years of age, you must inform your parent or guardian of our privacy policy before registering to use this website or any of its services. We reserve the right to accept orders only from customers who are over 18 years of age.

An order placed by a customer is not considered accepted by us until we confirm acceptance of your order. The order will be processed once payment for the order has been received in full. All orders are subject to availability and we will endeavour to fulfil each order as soon as possible. However, such fulfilment may depend on certain factors beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for delays and delivery problems caused by third parties or force majeure. 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, not to accept your order for any reason and in any case without liability to you. Examples of occasions when we may not accept your order include, but are not limited to: (a) we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment; (b) shipping restrictions apply to a particular item; (c) the item you ordered is not in stock; (d) the item you ordered does not meet our own strict quality control standards and we have removed it from inventory; or (e) you do not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason, or we may refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion, subject to the laws of England and Wales. We will not be liable to you or any third party if we withdraw goods from the Website, refuse to process a transaction, or reverse or suspend a transaction after processing has begun.

After you place an order with us, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email will contain your order number, details of the products you have ordered from us and delivery details. Please note that this email is a confirmation of your order and not an acceptance of your order.

Please check your size and measurements with Sizes guide on the website, although we will make every effort to ensure consistency between the website and what we deliver to you.

Price
The prices shown on the website do not include VAT, as we are not liable for VAT, and do not include delivery costs, which are automatically added to the total amount.

Payment
We accept payment by most major credit and debit card issuers and may also accept other methods as may be posted on our website from time to time.
When we supply products to the customer in accordance with these terms and conditions, payment will be charged in accordance with the payment method selected by the customer on the website order form.
By placing an order, you, the customer, agree that your credit/debit card (or other acceptable payment method) will be charged as specified. 
You confirm that the credit/debit card used is your own or that you have been expressly authorised to use it by the holder of the credit/debit card. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery, and you must either: (a) correct the problem; or (b) arrange for another method of payment before delivery.

Limitation of Liability
We will use our best efforts to perform our obligations within a reasonable time, but we will not be liable to you, the customer, for any loss, cost or expense arising directly or indirectly from any delay in performing such obligations, and we will not be deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform our obligations in respect of this contract if the delay or failure is due to a cause beyond our reasonable control.
