Irena recently found out that her great-grandfather was one of the pioneers of Slovenian photography and that he and her great-grandmother had a photography studio.
This prompted her to start researching, and she soon discovered that the master of the 170-year-old technique in Slovenia is the photographer and artist Borut Peterlin.
The collaboration has started. These black-and-white photos were taken using this venerable technique, while the colored ones were developed digitally.
