Designers & Artists – Collaboration Terms

For invited collaborators only.

By collaborating with Jorsyn, the designer/artist agrees to the following:

• Products are co-developed in collaboration with the Jorsyn brand.
• Final product approval, pricing and presentation are managed by Jorsyn.
• The designer/artist may be publicly credited as a collaborator.
• Stock quantities must be updated accurately in the dashboard.
• Payments are processed monthly based on confirmed completed sales.
• Customers have the right to return the product within 14 days.
• Since the customer can return the product, payment will be made 30 days after the sale.
• In the case that the product is returned later, for complaint reasons,  the refund of the amount already paid will be calculated as agreed or with the next payment made.
• Jorsyn- reserves the right to discontinue a product if quality or availability standards are not met.
• All branding and marketing decisions remain under Jorsyn- authority.
